Choralaires This large singing group, directed by Edna Smith, performs two concerts a year. One in December and the other in the spring. The music is chosen from Gospel and Religious, holiday, patriotic, romantic, and popular. All voice levels are supported and there is musical accompaniment for each song. Both male and female soloists are featured on several songs. Ability to read music is desired and helpful, but is not required, as there is sufficient instruction by the director. Rehearsals are on Tuesdays, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, except for the summer. If interested in joining this group, please call Edna Smith @ 543-2467 or Audey Martin @ 731-5824 |
